HOW TO TAKE YOUR MEASUREMENTS

I suggest you to know your measurements in centimeters, inches and feet.

You will need your sizes and measurements when you apply to agencies or get booked for jobs, make sure they are always up to date.

DIGITALS (also called "polaroids" in the industry)

a variation of very static and some more 'posed' poses works best

if you are aiming at commercial jobs / agencies,

make sure to include some smiles

Basics, stick to the basics.

for example:

- top

- body

- crop-top

- t-shirt

- bandeau top

- shorts

- skinny jeans

- leggings

Zara and H&M has great basics,

but be kind to our planet and try finding fits on Vinted or borrowing first.

Don't wear big logo's and distracting prints,

stick to neutral colours.

The clothes you wear for your digitals should fit your body just right, not too loose, not too tight.

Wear heels, and no jewellery.

Depending on the job/agency you are applying for you will need bikini polaroids.

Depending of your agency/job it is ok to show a bit more personality with your clothing, just make sure your body shape is still visible.
